It’s a family tradition to have Cinnabon for the Christmas holidays and I did just that. No line or waiting which was great because I had my 1 year old daughter with me. The store looked very clean all employees had masks on and greeted me as soon as I walked into the store. I knew I wanted the 6 large rolls Togo got that but wanted something else to share with everyone else for Christmas I got the 15 regular size rolls. Needless to say it was all delicious everyone was very pleased in the amazing taste, I will definitely be continuing this tradition for Christmas.

Horrible location. Lady sold us the old boxed cinnamon rolls instead of the fresh ones. Lady told is the cold boxed cinnamon rolls would be good if microwaved for 20 seconds. Took them home and they tasted like they were a week old. Won’t be back there!

We ordered ahead on Friday for Sunday between 12:00-12:30. We received our order minus the cinnamon coffee drinks that were part of the Valentine’s Day bundle.nI called about our drinks and the woman, Doria, said she “forgot” to include our drinks, even after calling Saturday evening to ask which coffee we wanted! . She said to call Uber cancel and reorder. I told her I couldn’t t because it was a bundle and it showed the order already delivered. She sent a credit for the drinks, but I haven’t received it yet. Uber was more help than she was. I’ll never order from there again.

Frequently closes well ahead of time posted on website. If employees want to shut down and go home early instead of serving customers, that's fine but don't expect a positive review. Won't be returning

What was delivered was delicious. But three items were not delivered and since I ordered through Uber eats they took no responsibility and said I could reorder. I told them I was at a hotel and nothing. I was told it was not their fault, despite the fact that teo of the missing items were in a sealed bag.So I lost 7 dollars and will not be going to Cinnabon again. Shame, because I like them.
