I used to enjoy coming to this location. Now I am determined to not come back until they clean up the mess it has become. They keep hiring these kids who have no proper training, which that is on management, the place is not very clean like it used to be, and I'm afraid to even eat their food. Found wood in one sandwich, closed another with a dirty knife, and the employees joked around too much. Even the drinks tasted horrible. One customer came in one day while I was there complaining about their sandwich not being what he asked for. They need to do something asap about that place

Initially love Subway, however, this location had unfriendly employees, and wouldn't honor a coupon, I had sent thru, email, which states present at register. However, I was not allowed to use it, and was told it had to be printed off. If that had been stated in the email, I would have obliged. My regularly frequent Subway would have definitely honored the coupon, especially since I am a Subway app user. Just very disappointing....

2nd time ordering online, and 2nd time I didn't get what I asked for. I ordered my sandwich with extra tomatoes, and light mustard. What I got was a mustard sandwich (there was soooo much mustard), and 2 tomato slices (no extra). Apparently they make the sandwich the way they want, regardless of how you order it. Gave 2 stars because the ingredients were fresh and my sandwich was ready on time.
