Check out my review on the Nimitz Museum!!!

This is a very well done museum. Its like a little gem in central Texas. The artifacts are top notch. The static displays are done very well. The interactive parts are well done. This is a must see for anyone, and more so for any WW2 buff.

Very cool place! There's 3 different parts of the museum, so plan on being here for at least 3-4 hours to see it all. So eat first and walk it off enjoying the museum. If you're a history buff, or just looking for something to do for a few hours, this is a must see attraction.

Great museum! Most interesting exhibits. Reasonably priced. It takes a good couple of hours to see it all. Standing almost all the time.

This museum should take at least two days to experience. Original Nimitz exhibit in the old hotel is still good, but the other buildings cover the war in the Pacific in fascinating detail. Has one of the captured Japanese mini-subs on display. Each battle is covered with exhibits, videos, dioramas, maps, video, etc. Well worth the cost!
