This is the first and last time I will stay at this location. The condominium was misrepresented by Airbnb. The pool hours were posted to be open until 10pm. A little before 10 a very rude, unprofessional lady came and told us she was locking up and we had to leave. As we were gathering our stuff she told us we were loud. There is no AC, again not listed anywhere in the listing. Don’t waste your money or time on this location.

I would HIGHLY recommend not staying here!!! We had multiple horrible experiences while staying here. Very poor unprofessional advertising, they claimed and I quote (we have screenshots of the email to confirm.) “sleeps 6, The sleeper sofa in the living room is great for bringing a couple extra” we got here with 7 in our group expecting to have a extra space to sleep LIKE THEY CLAIMED and the “sleeper sofa” wasn’t a pull out sleeper at all. One of us had to sleep in a very uncomfortable leather couch. When we brought this to their attention all they said was “oh sorry we’ll have to fix that in the email” and didn’t offer any help. Going along with the poor advertising, they did not include de that there is no A/C in the unit. It’s mid-July so that would’ve been very helpful to know before getting up here.

Poorly advertised. They said on their listing that they had a sleeper sofa that was great to sleep extra guests. When we arrived, there was no sleeper sofa. They also didn’t advertise that there was no A/C. The landlord/property manager was making snotty comments to us during our stay and was not welcoming. I would not recommend staying here.

I was absolutely disgusted by the way we were greeted. Extremely disappointed by the Property management. I would never recommend this place to anyone, not even my worst enemy.

The units falsely advertise and don’t offer the accommodations they claim to. The rooms don’t have air conditioning and the stove/cookware don’t perform to the capacity you would expect for a condo. The management closed the pool early and were very rude and unprofessional. I would highly recommend staying elsewhere to get the true Park City experience.
