I rented the climate controlled inside unit and moved in this week. The unit is very nice and clean, the security seems to be top-tier. A representative called me immediately after booking to make sure I had the correct gate code and asked if I had any questions. So far, I’ve had nothing but a positive experience!
Sheri is awesome. She took care of my storage solutions above and beyond my requests and expectations. I needed a bigger unit and she found me the perfect one. Units are always clean amd secure. Sheri has one of the best customer service skills around Thank You
My rating is based on the U- Haul rental. Very convenient to rent and drop off the moving truck right next to the apartments my daughter moved into. We dropped off the truck right at closing as the staff was about to close lock the door. They cheerfully brought the dolly we rented inside the store and informed us the checkin would be completed in the morning. No problem because we were early with the drop off.
Maggie , the manager of my unit at 2111 FM 1417, Sherman, TX was most helpful and quite flexible with our rental progress.nEverything was done remotely. Even in the midst of the more recent freezing rain and snow event she persevered.nShe is truly an asset to your organization!
