Barbara and Rose were absolutely incredible! Due to a death in the family that had items stored there, they were so helpful in walking us thru the process and protocol of how we needed to do things. When we had met all the criteria, we travelled the 70 miles from our home to open and deal with the items in the unit. Again, they were so helpful from helping us to donate items we couldn't use, helping us locate a truck (as there was more than we expected) and just overall bending over backwards to make this transition as smooth as possible! Their willingness to go above and beyond was truly appreciated. We were also very happy with the facility and the cleanliness of it. Truly a great experience for a time that wasn't so great!
I’ve stored things at several different places in 20 years and this place completely stands out. The price is competitive (wouldn’t mind it a few bucks cheaper but aho wouldn’t right? ud83dude02ud83dude02), the people are friendly and honestly more important than anything, it feels safe and it’s extremely clean. It’s an excellent place to store. I couldn’t recommend this place more. It’s that good.
Rose at the front office is very helpful. The location, rates and service are great. Automatic doors which is super helpful, carts available onsite and the place is very clean. Couldn’t be happier with my decision to rent here.
This place is fantastic. I was going through a difficult situation and the staff there made me feel like I was at home and really comfortable and eased my mind about everything. They went out of their way to be extra helpful. In addition, the facility is immaculate. It is kept incredibly clean and looks like it was built yesterday. I love having my stuff stored there!
Everyone was very friendly very helpful and nice. Little pricey but affordable and great move in specials. Very safe alot of units are climate controlled and super secure
