My experience renting a space for our RV was absolutely painless. It was so simple, from making the reservation to my appointment in the office in League City, TX. Krista, the manager, provided excellent customer service. She went above and beyond to insure complete satisfaction. She was friendly, informative, and most professional. We will definitely use this location again when we are in the area.nnAddendum: I just want to add that our check out was as seamless as checking in. Thank you Krista for taking good care of us and making us feel comfortable while leaving our RV with Public Storage. This location was very clean and with good security.
Colin helped me out today, leasing my unit. He was able to answer all of my questions, provide helpful suggestions, show me my unit, and sign my paperwork in less than 30 minutes. I called lots of storage places around Houston and had made plans to go with another company. Then Krista called. She was so nice and helpful that I cancelled with the other company and went to Public Storage. She was just as helpful in person. Excellent customer service. Krista is very kind and helpful. She goes above and beyond to help her customers whether it's needing boxes or finding the right storage for the cheapest price. I really appreciated her help when I needed something quick.
When I was looking for a spot to park my utility trailer due to HOA restrictions, Krista was able to assist me effortlessly.
