I just have a couple things to say about this place starting with the good thing the ladies in the office always nice and try to help people and help us in anyway that they can the harbormaster is always trying to keep everything going and keep everybody happy to that is some of the good things about this place the bad things about this place the owner of this place has no consideration of nobody like going through a pandemic and trying to pay what you can pay at a time when you are not working and they want to foreclose on your boat I could understand if someone was not trying to give nothing but if someone is trying to give whatever they can get in their hands to pay on their rent I believe that the owners auto give a little slack instead of trying to take people stuff again like I said the ladies in the office the harbormaster has always tried to help and be there for the tenets but it sometimes their hands are tied behind their back’s and they have to do what the owner says and that’s all I’ve got to say about it

Management is nice but a lot needs addressing to residents and boat owners. Dogs walking unleashed, dog poop not being picked up, always seeing roaches in bathroom even though it is sprayed once a month, needs a section of parking designated for non use vehicles so parking would be little better. Needs better cameras to be able to address those that doesn't like to follow rules. If management lived here for week they would understand the issues needing addressed. It probably seems I'm the only one opening my mouth but others here feel the same way. They're just not telling management. I've enjoyed living here but things could be better.

I attended the Crawfish Boil with a friend who’s a resident. The office staff was so nice and sweet. They made everyone few at home! The residents here clearly are happy and I can see why. If you want to live in a great community... this is the place to be!

I came to do a walk through and the staff was amazingly nice and professional. They answered all the questions I had and the place was very clean and presentable. I am moving from out of state and this was the first place i came to and lets just say amazing Welcome to Texas!

Every time I have been into the office of LEGEND POINT I have been treated with kindness and respect by their staff. Ladonna is very respectful and knowledgeable. Erika is also very respectful and knowledgeable.
