Booked a flight to India during covid and they helped to cancel it and get a refund from the airline. I recommend this company to everyone.
We wanted to give him negative point if possible. We booked ticket through him before COVID 19 hit USA. Due to COVID 19 airline offered rebooking, refund, or voucher. We tried to contact him several times regarding the booking for three weeks now. We left two voice mail, several calls, text, and email, no response yet. Airline says if we took ticket through an agent we should go by that agent for any concern and the agent is hiding somewhere. Is he fake, is that the reason he is hiding?Never ever go to him and never ever recommend him to anybody.nn02/10/2021 - still now the money has not got. All other travel agents gave money back. Still not responding to messages and calls.
