Absolute worst buying experience. I had scheduled and install with delivery a week before the date. Got a call one day before that it’ll have to be rescheduled and to call back.nnI call them and they pushed it two weeks later. Went to the store and best they can do is cancel the order and resell without install. Tv was at this warehouse and their system messed up and when the order finally pushed for me to go to the back of the warehouse to pickup, I get loaded after people that were there before and I’m sitting here 40 min later still waiting. Worst experience.
Picked up dishwasher same day. Great timesaver over waiting for delivery.
This was the only place that had the deep-freezer I wanted cause they are sold out everywhere else. Process was pretty simple order online and they let you know when it's ready and go pick it up. Only thing I didn't like is I received a text notifying me that it was ready around 8A so I went to get it and they didn't open there door till 9A... Wish the text specified the hours of operation. Love the deep freezer though!
Not a good place to deliver , takes forever to get unloaded, try avoiding if you can.
Clean huge warehouse. I do not recommend drivers show up more than one hour early for appointment. No early entry. Limited truck staging outside of gate. Guards were very professional with me.
