I'm not sure exactly what Ms. Martinez' problem is but we moved here from Houston five yearsnago. I have trekked in and out of City Hall on a regular basis and for various reasons. NEVERnhas anyone there ever treated me with anything except a willing and open desire to assist menin any way possible, including help me locate my missing dog and straightening out a problemnwith my voter registration which was caused by the Harris County Tax-Assessor Collector'snoffice and was no fault of theirs. If you want to experience frustration caused by ineptitudenand genuine rudeness try working your way through the maze of bureaucratic inertia at thenCity Hall in Houston.

Very disrespectful personnel. Went to clear a small doubt with regards on my court date, seeing as to how I was surprised at the fact that court citations are set for 6 pm (unheard of in my time living in Houston, Dallas, and Chicago, Illinois) and the Secretary at this establishment acted as if it were a crime to ask her a question despite the fact that she and her co-worker were doing nothing at all before I entered the building. Sad to see people who can't work well in an environment that requires them to interact with strangers on a frequent basis being placed in a position as such. God forbid you ever need to stop by and ask something to these people because it just might mean that they may have to do something besides sit on their behinds for a full day in which they misrepresent the good citizens of this great and beautiful community with a grand amount of rudeness.
