We just recently became customers of Quail Valley Jewelers. I needed a diamond replaced on my bridal set and a band for my husband who lost his old one. We tried another jeweler before going to QV for the same service and purchase but we were met with disappointment. Thankfully we were referred to Quail Valley from a family friend. Once we visited QV, we were met with warmth and professionalism. Ismael was so patient with us and gave us several options as to what would work best for our needs. Not only was the service great but the quality of diamonds and gold were impeccable. Turnaround time was also quick. Not only did they replace the diamond but they made my 13 year old rings look brand new! We were so impressed and will definitely be referring Quail Valley Jewelers to everyone. I can't forget that they're family owned and operated which is a huge plus!

I brought in a watch to have my battery replaced. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes... Planning on bringing some stones to have reset soon

Very professional, helpful and accomodating!!! I had had an issue with another jeweler and needed confirmation that my diamond matched my paperwork. They supplied quick service and I would recommend them to anyone!

Great little family shop. I brought in a variety of family heirlooms for cleaning and repairs and they did a fantastic job on everything. They restored some of my grandmother's pieces to like new even after they had sat in a drawer for 30 years. You can't even tell they were broken or tarnished.nnI also really appreciate that they do all of their in house. I had reached out to a few other shops but they wanted to mail my things to a restoration company in another state for repairs. Here at least I knew who was working on my jewelry and where it was. It really brought me peace of mind.nnI had a set of amethyst stones that they made into a beautiful pair of earrings for me. They helped me pick the setting and everything.nnThe two gentlemen I worked with were super friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely be back again!
