I don't know where to start. I encountered this place by accident and was pleasantly happy from the very first visit. I spoke with, Carlos, the owner over the phone and made arrangements for his team to come out to my home and give me a quote on desired services. I explained to the sales team that I wasn't 100% sure what I wanted as far as color. I showed pictures of the designs I had in mind but, didn't know how to put it all together. Carlos helped me to navigate the process. The professionalism, timeliness and dedication to capture every detail was met with enthusiasm and meticulous precision. I would call on a whim in regards to something I desired and without fret it was handled. I am so satisfied with the work done to my home by Carlos and his team. I will definitely use Sienna Flooring, again. They say a referral is the best compliment. I say his work speaks for it self. Excellent work! We hired Carlos at Sienna Flooring & More, to remodel our master bedroom, master bathroom, closet, and office. Not only was he able to start our project within a few days of us signing the estimate, he and his crew finished the project in only 3 1/2 weeks. We obtained multiple estimates, but Carlos’ was the most reasonable price. Other companies estimated a 6-8 week project completion time.nCarlos has beautiful displays in his local Sienna Plantation store of various tiles, pebble stone mosaics, flooring, and countertops. He referred us to other vendors nearby for our plumbing fixtures and offered other specialty stores if we needed more choices. We put together our dream bathroom, thanks to Carlos’ input and nice choices, and when we were stumped on design decisions, Carlos gave us great advice that we really appreciated. He was flexible and thought of different ways to help our budget go further. For example, instead of replacing several doors that had minimal but noticeable water damage, Carlos offered instead to have his crew members take off all of the doors, trim the edges, and repaint them so they look good as new. His crew members were friendly and hard working. We are very happy with how beautifully it all turned out. Thank you, Carlos!
Carlos and his team renovated a bathroom, upgraded our kitchen cabinets and did some interior and exterior painting. They did a great job! They finished the work on time and on budget and it looks great. They were very professional. I would definitely use them again
Sienna Flooring remodeled our library to become a bedroom. The workers were diligent and knowledgeable; the work was finished timely and professionally, with excellent cleanup. The results were exactly what I wanted, although it did take a change order to get them there. We were very pleased and expect to use this company again for our shower remodel.
Carlos and his team did an amazing job with our master bathroom project and adding wood floors to our bedroom! They were very professional, excellent craftsmanship and great customer service. Awesome selection of tile as well!
