Went there to research our family history and had a friendly, knowledgeable tour guide, Wanda. She told us all about the town and life in the early days. told us where to go see the cemetery and other historic places in town.
Really enjoyed this small museum of local history. Rooms are filled with many things from the Girl Scouts, Fire Dept., Schools, Bottling, Dairy, Tools Makers and more. The lady who guided the tour was nice and informative. Museum entry is by donation, so be sure to help out when you visit.
It was like taking a trip back in time...
