I have booked in the past with them with no issues but this time I had booked a cruise that is visiting some of the ports affected by the hurricane. I decided to cancel and emailed him. After the cancellation, he sent me an email that I was issued a credit with Carnival. I asked him why I wasn't getting my money back and he informed me that he booked me on an early saver rate and that is Carnival's policy. He NEVER DISCLOSED that the early saver rate had a non refundable deposit.
