Friendly customer service
Need more cashiers on staff. The line is always 3 or 4 deep
When you have a price sign on your items you should honor your prices and not say if I change the price from what pulls up on the scanner I'll go to jail and get fired... it wss a $1 difference...call a manager or have a manager on duty.

Bad Customer Service!!!!!Store has a sale of Any two kelloggs cereal for $5.00 and in addition each box had a Manufacturer Coupon. When I checked out The lady charged me regular price for the Cereal because she said that I could not combine the sale plus the coupon which by the way is a lie because DG coupon Policy states that you can. When she gave me the receipt I realized how much she charged me I told her I didn't want the products if she didn't give me the sale so I just wanted to returned them. She said I had to go back in line again even though it wasn't my fault she didn't charge me right. I asked to talk to the manager which she also said that DG could not combine sale and coupons and that yes I had to wait again. All I asked was only to be able to return my products that's all. I am a regular customer of DG and I will never return to this location.....very disappointing...ud83dudc94 not because of the coupons but because if the way the treated me...
