Tiffany was fantastic to work with. When I originally called they didn't have any openings, but she took my information down and said she would call if something came up. She called me about a month later. I was pleasantly surprised to see someone run their business by following through on commitments. Thanks Tiffany! I've already referred them to a friend.

I have rented 2 units at this facility for years now. 1 for myself and a second smaller one for my mother in law. I was getting ready to make the payment when I asked if it would be possible to change the due date on her unit to move it closer to when she gets her social security check so she could stop accumulating fees. She’s on a very fixed income and can’t afford to pay these extra fees. Up until now they have waved the fees sometimes but Tiffany said no more.nShe said that her due date is her anniversary day and she wasn’t going to charge it even though I was offering to pay any additional fees associated with it.nAs the conversation went on she became short, cut me off and asked matter of factory for my credit card info. I was just dumbfounded. This is how Tiffany treats long term customers ( over 6 years) with multiple units?nApril. You’re still a sweetheart

Wonderful service 5 star. Loved working with Tiffany and best hire they could have ever recruited in hiring their newest employee Shamya. Come rent a storage unit and ask for these ladies name for your special deal.

I really appreciate ginger being such a really very customer friendly very grounded and very truly down to earth type of person that truly is really a very graciously truly understanding person that really knows how to talk to people and Treats everyone the same way that she herself would like to be treated and it's rare that we as people come across truly genuine individuals out her in today's society , and i truly am very very appreciative and thankful for being fortunate for having a chance to be taken care of by ginger and her really wonderful customer service skills and for that I really wanna thank her and the teasley storage service facility and for anyone that's seeking great prices and really wonderful customer service then we'll try Teasley storage out and hopefully you'll be fortunate enough to be taken care of by ginger or one of her wonderful staff members .nnAgain thank you God Bless ud83dude4f..

Arrangement for this rental was quick and easy. Friendly staff and very accommodating. Monthly rent is reasonable and comparable to others in the area. The unit is clean and easily accessible.
