They will continue to increase your monthly rate and tell you it’s due to “current market rate” which is a complete lie. The “current market rate” can be seen online and is lower than what we initially joined for, so instead of lowering our rate to the current “market rate” our rate was increased AGAIN. Additionally we were asked to log on and give them a 5 star review while getting our keys and signing our agreement right then and there. No joke. So don’t expect the rate you’re quoted to stay the same for long because it will constantly go up. There are plenty of other storage companies in the area and I would not recommend this place.
The facilities are always clean and well maintained.nYour gate entry code must be entered in the elevator, and it will only stop at the floor where you have a storage unit, so this is excellent security (along with 24-hour video surveillance). The staff is friendly, efficient, and helpful.
The staff is always wonderful! The facility is clean and indoor temps always pleasant! A++ Rating for me!!
