Great staff, great selection and very well laid out. However the sign for the ladies restroom could be more clear to easily find it.

Tried to pick up a prescription last nightn2 December 2020. I went through the drive-through pick up window. Was told to come back in 5 minutes. My prescription required talking to the pharmacist. The pharmacist was in the restroom. I came back in 10 minutes. Was told nope, still not back. Came back 40 minutes later. Drive up and get my prescription. And the associate never said would you like to speak with the pharmacist. ud83eudd26ud83cudffb‍♀ufe0f

I suffer with extreme chronic migraines and take a variety of daily medications. When we moved back to Denton I began getting my medications filled at the Kroger Pharmacy and they were great. They always had my medications filled quickly. If I needed something quickly they were always very accommodating and would do their best to get it filled and ready as quickly as possible. Sadly, I changed jobs and my new insurance doesn’t cover Kroger Pharmacy and I have to use CVS. They are awful. Highly suggest this pharmacy.

Apparently this pharmacy wants nothing to do with customers who are not “on-line.” We went to Kroger pharmacy for a vaccination. We were asked if we had filled the form out on line. We told the girl that we had not that we required the paper form. She refused and very haughtily stated that they don’t do the paper form for “our own” protection due to the pandemic. We said that we can’t do that and we will need to go elsewhere. She very happily said OK and turned her back on us. What a said excuse for customer service.

The staff at the Pharmacy is phenomenal. My mother has 10+ scripts that we have to manage and the pharmacy staff has always gone above and beyond to assist us. I grew up in a small town and had the same pharmacist for over 20 years. Dustin and Jenny manage the Pharmacy in such a way that feels like a small town where you know your pharmacist and staff and they know you. They provide a peace of mind for my husband and I in managing my mother's health care. We couldn't be in better hands!
