Brian’s Painting & Remodeling

Brian came out to estimate scraping my ceilings, texture them and then paint. He showed up and started to tape paper on the floor and hang plastic. It took him 3 days to hang plastic in one room, a bathroom and a hall. This stayed here for 5 days. He showed up sporadically and always late. He would text and say he is on his way, and it would be two or three hours later. He would work for an hour or so and go to a two hour lunch, just to come back to work for an hour or so. He started scraping and then put a little bit of texture up, but he did not put a skim coat on or level anything. He put texture over cracks and spots that needed patches.nHe constantly asked for an advance of money. He had many excuses as to why he needed an advance; money for gas and food. Once he messaged and said that his compressor broke and he needed an advance. He was here for an hour and a half and left for lunch one day. He said he would return. Text 4 hours later and said he ran out of gas and he was on his way. Three hours later, never showed. He left huge messes for us to wade through for the week. Left trash and scrapings all over the floor. He left water bottles, texture buckets, and texture in the yard. There is textured splattered on the door, walls and floor. I DO NOT recommend this company for any services what so ever. They are not reliable or responsible at all.
