*Response to the owner: NO we weren't the only guest! Go look at the cameras. Another mom and two kids came in.nI was fine with it relaxed when nobody else was in the building. BUT when another family arrived things continued to be relaxed. Y'all advertised that safety precautions are taken, none were taken. For both the safety of my family and theirs, the ADVERTISED precautions should have been taken. What if that mom had covid!? She didn't have a mask on and was in every single area! We only came because of the promise on your site to take precautions! Your response made it very clear how you treat your guest. Now I understand why this location is almost empty every time we come. The other locations are a night and day difference with customer service!nnI loved this place until today. We did the 9am reservation. So the first ones in the building. Yet it was clear it hadn't been cleaned. Toys in random places on the floor, dead bugs, trash, etc. And they do not require adults to wear mask. Mask are currently required in Texas to prevent the spread!! They also don't follow the reservations they advertise. Someone showed up towards the end of ours and was allowed to just make a new reservation. So they don't actually close between the times to clean and disinfect like they advertise. No temperatures were checked, even though it's on the site!? The person working the desk didn't wear a mask the majority of the time either. She even told me I can take mine off and I didn't have to wear it!?nSo obviously covid precautions aren't being taken at this location. We were long time guest, but bc of this lack of care during a crucial time, we will not be back and I'll no longer recommend my friends to bring their kids here. Hopefully other locations have higher standards than this one. Everything they advertise on their site, they do not do.

I took my 3 year old son here and he had so much fun for about two hours. We only left because we needed to get some lunch. He enjoyed all the play areas: post office, house, diner and pet shop. He loved building with the wood blocks, magnet shapes and molding the foam. As a traveler from out of state I needed to get him out of the hotel, happy and entertained! This was perfect.

This is a really sweet place. I took my little nieces and nephew here. They had a ton of fun. All kinds of different things they could do here whether it's playing with puzzles or making forts or dealing with crafts. They had a ton of fun and so did I. Almost kind of was in my own kid world as well. Would definitely recommend any stay-at-home moms or people that are stuck in the house because of the weather.

There’s so much to be said about this amazing museum, from the moment my son and I walked in we felt so invited and special. The entire time we were there the staff did a phenomenal job picking up the toys and ensuring every child was able to getnthe most out of the play experience. We will definitely be back. We support Play Street and are so happy that something like this is now in the area!

I've been to a couple Play Street Museum's and this one is my favorite. The park theme is so cute and my kids love it...I love having one closer to me. My friends and I love to meet up and have play dates with our kids who all enjoy it. The staff is very kind and always remembers our faces when we come in.....there is something to be said about that... The place is kept well and my kids always want to come here, we are regular customers.
