I love AMC Highland Village 12. The crew members are all so nice and very accommodating. In addition, the theatre is spotless. I have heard countless stories from the crew about crawling on their hands and knees to pick up trash and wipe up spills that are left after each movie. AMC is definitely always my theatre of choice.
They were out of a lot of things 2 kinds of soda 2 flavors of slushy and their tap beer wasn't working but the did manage to fix it. The theater itself was hot and seats seemed pretty old. 2 stars instead of 1 because the staff were nice.
Service is great and wonderful, the movie theater was somewhat empty as it is easy to find seats and have social distancing.
I love Highland Village. There is a wonderful cinema, there are various cafes and shops around. In the summer, there are splashes for children. Beautiful place!
Surprised this theatre has disgusting old seats with nasty elbow rest. You expect the best in Highland Village. Staff was friendly, everything else was okay, but the seats need an upgrade really bad or at least a refresh.
