Got my engagement ring sized here a couple of years ago, and had a great experience. I came back to get my wedding band sized. Brian informed me that my band would be difficult to resize due to the placement of the diamonds, and that there would a huge risk of diamonds falling out later on. He explained my other options to me very clearly in a way I could understand. He could have easily taken my money and resized it anyways without explaining the risks to me. I really appreciated his honesty and professionalism. I will definitely be returning here for my future jewelry needs!
Super quick turn around. Took my cracked iPad- was ready nxt Day. When I brought it home it had a lil finger print on the inside. Called them-they said to bring back and they had it ready within 1 hr. All of them very nice and attentive. Close at 7pm which is great! Going to take my lap top to them now. Price was reasonable too.
Very knowledgeable, very up-front, very honest, and very skilled jeweler. Gorgeous products and priced quite fairly. I WILL be returning in the future.
Took the wife’s engagement ring, and wedding band to another local jeweler. They told me 7 diamonds were loose, and that they would fix it for $350. I went and got a second opinion at Fitzgerald Jewelry, he checked it and told me they were perfectly fine. Then he took them back and cleaned them all without charging me. These guys do excellent, honest business.
