Peek's Floor Co.

Peek's did a fair job fulfilling their service and commitments. Customer service, price and installation were fair for our carpet purchase.nThe selection of quality materials with fair prices seems okay at Peek's, which is what appealed to me to do business with them. We needed renovation for our bathroom and received a contact for a local contractor from Peek's salesperson. It seemed that there was an established history of satisfaction and quality workmanship. But, buyer beware...nWe sourced all our tile through Peek's. However, the tile work on the shower was HORRIBLE. Thank goodness by chance the floor was done by a professional other than the contractor's crew. I still cringe every time I look at the shower and make association with Peek's for that reason.nUndoubtedly I will have to fix these mistakes in the future, but I will look for material sources other than Peek's.

UPDATE to 2 stars since the flooring is done and looks pretty good. After my initial 1 star review that got things moving. They said they would take care of us and offer some money back so we went ahead with the install.nThen they basically said we would have charged you $300 extra (more unexpected costs) but we won't charge you that. So thanks for nothing. I do not recommend peeks.nnThis has been the most frustrating experience. First off peeks was not upfront with potential costs. Not until the flooring was ordered and install rates negotiated and money had changed hands was “floor prep” brought up. So nearly $1000 of unexpected and unexplained (prior to purchase) in costs so far. Then they ordered the wrong flooring and had it shipped to their warehouse weeks ago. They did not inspect the flooring when they received it and never caught the mistake( hopefully they’re not lying about this too but I’ll give them the benefit of doubt). Now it’s time for install and our lease is up on our temporary home and we have movers scheduled this week. So we’re under the gun and Peeks is unwilling to make things right or even work with us. We are probably going to have to just cancel and go somewhere else. In my business, if I make a mistake I own up to it and try to make it right. Even if I lose money on the deal. I guess peeks feels differently so consider a different company to purchase flooring from.

Excellent service! Sonya was so friendly and easy to work with, and was great with communicating with us on the process. I found them on Google when I was in a total rush to get some work done on a house that I was selling, and they were able to get it done within only a few days of reaching out to them. Once the home sold, we had them come do carpet in our new house as well, and couldn't be happier. Would definitely recommend Peeks!

Mark Green did a great job helping me with all my questions and will for sure will recommend Peeks and Mark to help with flooring needs in the future.

I recently went through Peek's Floor Co to install new engineered wood flooring and carpet throughout my house. We also used them to install a marble mosaic tile at my fireplace. With regards to the flooring there were absolutely zero issues. Their price was competitive, they either met or beat the schedule, and their quality was spot on. They struggled a bit though with the marble mosaic tile. I'm giving them 5 stars despite the struggles though because at the end of the day they did the right thing. This involved replacing the wall tile in its entirety after numerous quality issues with the initial install, and then coming back out to replace the floor tile when it was determined that it did not match the newly installed wall tile. Sometimes it's not how you start but how you finish things that matter. Go with these guys over someone working out of the back of their truck because they will do the right thing no matter what it takes
