Very upset and huge waste of time. Checked with the app. Wasn’t added to the system. I was asked if I checked online. I said yes then was instructed to wait. Waited the suggested 30 mins to realize I was skipped by someone who used the app. Wasn’t going to wait another 30 mins so I left. Terrible experience
Stylist didn't listen and completely messed my hair up before I had a chance to say anything. Said I wanted a high fade not an undercut. One swipe of the clippers and my hair was f'd. Went ahead and let her finish it all the way around hoping it was even.. she got done now I'm stuck with pretty much a Mohawk with completely uneven sides. Never have I had such a terribke experience at any of the big chain haircut places. Went to another sportsclips the next day paid another 24 dollars to have it fixed. Needless to say I think I'll find another place to get my haircut from now on.
They refused me service on the basis of my religion.nnDon’t go to this or any Sport Clips location; since Mar 2020 they all practice religious discrimination. In order to obtain service you must subscribe to their religious beliefs.
I asked for a hair cut, not a buzz. My hair is the shortest it has every been in my entire life. Stylist didn't even use scissors, just buzzed my head in 5 minutes. Also very uneven is not representative of what I asked for originally. I've had iffy hair cuts before and been okay with it, but this is by far the worst I've ever had in my life, very dissatisfied.
Always get a great haircut here.
