I haven't written many reviews, but I wanted to share my wonderful experience at Miracles Joy Salon. I had been considering a smoothing treatment with Latish Murphy as I found online that she is a specialist and educator and the the results she achieved in the videos I watched were the results I was looking for. I saw her yesterday and she is the most kind, friendly, and calm woman who really listened to what I wanted and understands many hair textures. In addition, her salon is clean and everyone took care with masks and sanitizing, which I really appreciated. Latish took her time with me, first getting my hair color right (I had an inch of grey root growth to cover to dark brown!), then determining which smoothing process to use (Brazilian Blowout or Keratin Treatment). She determined that, at this point, my hair would do best with the Brazilian Blowout and l little later I was over the moon with how my hair looked. I felt like I had walked out of a hair commercial! My hair was not just smooth, but also shiny and silky. It felt so healthy. I have had Japanese hair straightening in the past and this rivaled that result with less time and as good results without damaging my hair. I am beyond thrilled and look forward to a spring with no frizzies or bad hair days! Thank you, Latish!
I called looking for help for my foster daughter's curly hair. And some education for myself on how to care for it properly. Latish got us in quickly and was so nice and professional, the salon was clean and she talked me through all the steps. My fd who has a very sensitive head said she was magic and she was her favorite. Such a great experience I would recommend her over and over!!
It was a great experience for my daughter, and she is enjoying doing her hair and excited about the results. She needed a restorative repair treatment and honestly I’ve never seen her hair healthier. Latish knows exactly what she is doing, and I for one love how she educates her clients as well, and not just sends them home looking gorgeous with no way to actually replicate the look. Not here, the clients will feel empowered to take a bit of Latish with them when they go home! Thank you so much! Well worth the money!
Latish cut and styled my hair and I am very happy with the outcome. They were able to get me in the same day I called to make an appt. The salon is decorated nicely and it was very clean. I definitely recommend this place to everyone!
I don’t ever provide feedback after visiting establishments, but I was blown away by the services provided to my daughter at MiracleJoy and feel the need to let everyone know. I arrived at the wrong time (completely my fault) and Latish was MORE than accommodating. She never made us feel rushed (despite her having to cram us into her already busy schedule), was so personable to my nine year old, and worked miracles on her hair. Latish is such a blessing to this straight-haired mom of a curly headed daughter!
