The staff is super sweet and so good with the kids. I feel they're pricey... simple cuts, no styling (although each girl got a cute hair clip)...4 stars for $$$
I always get nervous taking my 1 1/2 year old to get his hair trimmed because he HATES haircuts! We took him to a different place last time and he screamed the whole time, way worse than when he gets shots. However, at Pigtails & Crewcuts, Melissa did a great job of calming him down. He didn't want to sit in one of the cute cars and Melissa offered to have him sit in my lap instead of a car, which worked out great. She gave him a nice cut- exactly the length I wanted. Thank you Melissa and Pigtails & Crewcuts!
One of the cleanest places in DFW to get your children’s hair cut. Everyone is super friendly and professional. My company works with this store to provide hospital-grade ultraviolet light disinfection so I know to the extent they go above and beyond for customer safety. Highly recommend for anyone looking for safety as well as quality service.
