It's really convenient to book online through the Teez website. I've had great service every time I've been in there. Very happy I found them.
The employee who picked up the phone was incredibly rude when I asked about Covid safety. He was so disrespectful and insulting, all the space of a two-minute conversation. I would never visit a salon with such horrible customer service.
I originally booked an appointment with them because they carry such a great line of hair products. James did an amazing job with my hair. My hair had been absolutely unmanageable and my grey hairs from being in quarantine were so bad I was almost embarrassed. When I walked in they were super friendly and welcoming. The place is clean and open. They have really good pricing and are very transparent, as you can see on their website. I love the way my hair turned out! not just the way it looks but the way it feels is the amazing part! I am blown back on how accurate my hair looks to the picture I showed him as a reference. I have never had my hair look like what I truly wanted. James delivered! His many years of experience really show. I already booked my next appointment!
James did an incredible job turning my brown hair into a pretty dark red! I’m absolutely obsessed. Loved the product as well.
