Great service, amazing cookies!!
I consider myself a regular customer because the cookies are just that good! I've had to work with their manager, Dustin on a couple unique requests. He's always accommodating and a great example of good customer service! Because of him (& Crumbl), I had to add an hour on the treadmill. : ) Thanks!
So disappointed this store doesn't accept cash. Can't support a store that doesn't want everyone's business!
I love the new contactless kiosks. It's a great way to order and it keeps things moving, generally. That said, sometimes, IMO, the cookie assortment is a big fail. Not always...but you should check the website before you make the trip.
I always come here to get cookies for people I work with. I appreciate the quick and friendly service. I also really appreciate that they never give me even a side glance about the amount of cookies I get (2-3 dozen max) or how often I'm there. The front desk ladies are always cheerful and happy to help out.
