Check Better Business Bureau Profile and look at the complaints and honestest principals. This place is very unprofessional and deserve zero stars, but we have to give 1. This experience happen in Prior to 2020, but it so dramatic that I must post now because I am shocked that they are still in business. And still doing the same thing to people. Their sales guy Brandon, who may be in management position now. Sold me a G6 for 2 grand more than the advertised price and said the bank told him to do it. Car wouldn’t start which he claims was a battery issue and offered to replace as well as forged paperwork to get a deal down. I was young and naive and happy to be in a convertible, so I remained quiet. Until I left the lot and the car’s engine literally blew up on me. I told the bank about the forgery when they call me to verify and if I course the deal didn’t go through. It was towed back to the dealer , who then calls me and ask me to pick out another car. Lol haha. Can't believe The Pair on this guy to suggest i buy another car from them. And he and the owner laughed about it. Stay as far away as possible and say your prayers before going into This demonic dealership.

These guys are amazing! My car battery decided to completely die on me this morning. Got a hold of Jesus Alvarado with Charlton Motors later while at work. Jesus was able to get me in SUPER last minute. Jesus changed out my battery right in front of me, and I was done and out within just a couple minutes! As he was working on my car, I looked around at the vehicles on their lot and in their garage -- wow wow wow! Talk about a lot full of OPTIONS! If you're looking for luxury vehicles, this may be your spot! Affordable, super quick and efficient, PLUS friendly service? No wonder they were so busy! A+ Jesus! Thank you so much!

I’ve been trying to reach out to this dealership for months regarding a vehicle I purchased there and can’t get a hold of anyone and when I did speak to someone they said they would call me back and never did... beginning to get very frustrated!
