Food = 3 stars: not bad and not the greatest but nice to have a warm meal on a cold day.
Atmosphere = 3 stars: Nothing special
Service = 2 stars: It was busy with 2 waiters. I can understand the waiters being unable to respond quickly. However, had to ask for napkins and extra plates and everything. There were obvious ways to save on time that were not noticed. The greeter and the waiters are kids fresh out of high school, so I can understand that they are inexperienced. My opinion is that management could do a lot better in training and coaching their staff and also by serving as an example.
Food is typically good but portions are a little small. It's best to order an appetizer if you are really hungry. I have never had a bad steak at any Applebee's. If you experience any issues, management is always willing to help. Seating is limited due to the Rona so be patient. Wear a mask.
Great place waitress was amazing
Their appetizers were good, but some of their entrees were lackluster. The steak was tough and chewy, their ribs didn't have much meat on them, and their sides were small. This may be a chain problem, not necessarily this location, but I'd still recommend other places in Tooele
I love Applebee's great food, very clean, you hardly wait to get serve I love their smile even when you don't even see it with the mask but you can tell with the tone of kindness this is one my favorite restaurants.
