Excellent customer service. Extremely responsive and courteous.nnMy experience with both the office as well as Jeff himself was extremely positive and extremely professional.nnJeff came out to my home to give me a quote but once he understood the scope of the work I wanted done as well as the timeline I had in mind, he was open and honest with me that, due to other projects he had committed to, our timelines would not aligned.nnI appreciated his honesty with me and that he didn't even entertain the idea of squeezing me in or rushing my project. I could tell that if he takes on a job, he will make sure that the job is done right. This spoke volumes about the amount of care and integrity that he has.nnIt is unfortunate that I was not able to use LTC Pro Builders for this job, but will definitely keep his card around for any future projects we may do.

LTC Builders added a formal dining room to our home. They were extremely professional, courteous, and kind. We have other projects coming up and we will be calling on them again!

LTC is a top notch company! They completed a beautiful patio extension and built in grill for me, this summer. They were a dream to work with. Their employees are knowledgeable and trustworthy and their subs are great to work with. Totally satisfied with my finished project!! I would use them again in a heartbeat!!

I have used LTC Builders two times, once to remodel my kitchen and now to remodel my master bath. My experience on both projects was beyond my expectations. Jeff and his crew were very professional and the quality of their work is exceptional. Everyone that visits my house loves my kitchen and bath. I would recommend LTC Builders highly. I plan to use them in the future for additional projects.

Jeff Parrent and everyone involved in the renovation of our home were outstanding to work with. They consistently demonstrated enthusiasm for our project and dedication to our happiness with their work, professional ethics and conduct, expertise, attention to detail, and openness to our wishes and priorities. They always showed their awareness that this was our home and we should be making the decisions about what we wanted, but we were completely comfortable with the recommendations they made when we asked for their advice. We always enjoyed working with Jeff and every man on his crews. We love the end product! Our house is beautiful and we are very happy with the quality of their work. We would definitely recommend LTC Pro Builders to anyone, including our closest friends and family.
