First time I have visited. Hang Le is fantastic. She fit me in today and did a wonderful hair cut. Not a fast chain haircut but a precision cut, consulting you and taking her time. She goes above and beyond with a facial treatment and a warm scented damp cloth afterwards to wipe off all remaining hair. This was more like a spa treatment than just a haircut. She owns this salon and is a proud American. I will continue to go to 5Star Salon and Hang Le. She is a perfectionist and really cares about customer satisfaction. I highly recommend for women, men and children.
Traveling thru the area and in bad need of a hair cut. Always scary finding a new stylist. So happy I found 5 Star and Hang Le. The salon is very nice and very clean and Hang Le is so nice. Got some pampering and one of the best cuts I've ever had. I have fine hair and she really knows how to cut it. I'm very happy with the result.
My husband and I needed a good clean haircut! We are very happy with our new, and clean haircuts. Already booked for returning in April .
I went with my daughter and we were both treated wonderfully! We both absolutely loved our new styles. She really cares about her clients and she did a fantastic job on our hair. We will absolutely be returning!!!
I have been there 5+ times and a recurring customer until now. My last two visit, I got lectured during my haircut about politics. Meanwhile neglecting the quality of my haircut. The last visit I asked for a shorter haircut and her response was “either your hair can look good or you can save money”. I’m extremely disappointed in the level of professionalism despite how well the haircut is. I will NOT be coming back here again.
