Beautiful place, but I had an appointment for today at 3:15.....they didn’t call me back until 3:45, where I then just sat there with my feet in the water until 4:00 when I finally decided to leave. The water was getting cold and I was getting annoyed. Disappointed because I took time out of my busy schedule, paid for a baby sitter, and I never even got to get my pedicure.
Shocker. Tried it again today. 11 months later. Had appointment for 2pm.... got seated at 2:30 and now it’s 3pm just sitting here waiting to be helped with cold water.
DONT ACCEPT APPOINTMENTS IF YOU CANT HONOR THEM AND STAY ON SCHEDULE!
My niece is still waiting and it’s been an hour and 45 minutes.
Everytime I come here they treat me amazing!! Anna usually will do my nails and eyebrows!! I didn't get her this time, but the man I got was just as great, I love them so much they are amazing!!!
Anna is wonderful! She took the time to soak off my old set of acrylics instead of just ripping them off like most places I’ve been too. She took her time shaping and sanding them perfectly and made sure I was happy with every step of the process!
Highly recommend. Visiting from out of state and they were so friendly. Well definitely be back next time I am through.
Great experience, they were very kind to my little girl getting her first pedicure.
