If I could rate zero stars that would be a better result. I purchased a ring on Dec 24,2020. They sent it out for sizing. They said it would be back by the 18th. 18th came, I had to call to find out where my ring is at. Excuse after excuse. They assured they would call and find out what is going on because it has been in process since the 7th. They assured that I would receive a call and didn’t. I called today and they respond with “Don’t know when it will be back. It could be several weeks. I don’t know what to tell you”nNo email for tracking.nNo calls to tell about delays.nNo customer service at all.nnI just want my ring that I paid for. I am done with Zales.

We were met by tamikka upon our entry. She was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. We don’t care for pushy sales people it’s a huge turn off. Instead we were met with knowledge and conversation. We decided to go with a Cuban link chain and she let us in a few minutes after closing to make the sale. We really appreciated this. She didn’t have to do that considering it was closing Time and the pandemic we’re in. She’s doing a great job running the place, her service made us want to come back to her for future purchases.

Still waiting for them to open so I can get my wedding band back. They ordered my replacement in February. I understand the Ronas but this is the LAST store to open. Every other Zales has been opened for months!

Awesome store Tamika is eternally happy, cheerful, and always willing to go out of her way to help even if it means going to another store personally to get what you need. Also Chloe has a lot of pens.
