Loved this place. My fiance and I were shopping for wedding rings. This place made us feel welcome, and they were amazing! Perfectly happy with my ring and my fiance found a ring he liked!!! They were truly wonderful and helpful! We even purchased an aquamarine necklace from them with the money they saved us!!! We will be back!!!

AWFUL!!! Please avoid this store at all costs. The workers here are so incredibly rude and disrespectful. We left the store crying after the ring has been continually breaking and they refused to make it right when we have a warranty! It's only been able to be worn three months out of the year we've had it. They seem amazing at first when they are making a sale, but after they are completely unhelpful. Getting a wedding ring is suppose to be an amazing experience. Everyone deserves that and if that is what you are looking for, steer clear of this place!

Do not buy from Helzberg Diamonds. You oay for cheap jewlery and get poor service. I placed two orders online for 6 stack rings at buy 2 get one free.nONE: I could not get this deal on one order and had to split it. When I reached out to customer service online they were useless and never got back to me when they said they would.nTWO: my oder was split. I received ONE ring in the mail, lacking the others. It also had a stone missing. With a week and a half from Christmas they could not guarantee a replacement in time, and 3 of the store jewlers including this location. Could not repair it until JANUARY. So I paid for it to be fixed with my local jewler and they had it done in 2 days. Helzberg would not cover it.nTHREE: they let my order sit around for TWO weeks and it hadn't even been shipped. Nor had they reached out to me as to why. I had to call and beat them down 3 times on different days to just make them ship the others to me.nFOUR: when I finally received the other 5 from them express shipping them, I got them all in baggies, NOT BOXES, and unmarked sizes. Fortunately I have a ring sizer to figure out which was which (5 were the same rings)nOne ring is scuffed up and another is bent.nI hated my experience with this business and will never buy from them again. Buyers beware.

Very attentive. Great selection and service and advice. And the prices that they had were amazing. Along with a giftcards on the financing and 30% off each item. I love my ring and chain and my hubby ring. Debbie was so great! Definitely recommended.nAlso the measures taken for the customers safety was great. They Definitely have my service for life!
