We did a full kitchen remodel and transformation. Moved walls, cut concrete, moved plumbing, all new cabinets, electrical, work etc...nnSouthern Floors did great quality work communicated well and saw it through to the very end all at a great price. I would defiantly recommend then for any size job.
Buyer Beware! Southern Floors re-did all of our flooring down stairs with wood look plank tiles and all of our trim work with larger wood molding and trim. Horrible quality of work. Did not float or prep the foundation, so the tiling is uneven with lots of lippage. No self levelers were used. Also, they informed me AFTER the job was done that most of the tiles were warped (which I bought from them) but they installed them anyway. Trim job may actually be worse than the tile job. Sloppy cuts, gaps everywhere, sloppy painting. They attempted to use tons of caulk to mask the poor cuts. We also have trim that literally runs uphill/downhill in certain areas. If you want work to be done very quickly & very poorly, call Southern Floors.
Family is everything to me and to go to a business and right away feel a warm welcome is awesome. Charlotte is the sweetest thing - I think its her southern charm but either way she's just a great owner and is very professional. Her store has so many options to choose from with the varieties of woods, tiles and carpets.nnI chose to have my downstairs floor redone with engineered wood, we originally had carpet and tile and after just recently buying our home, the carpet was disgusting and defitently needed an update. Charlotte helped us choose the perfect type of wood and color that would best match our furniture. The next week we scheduled for our floors to be done and her guys did an amazing job! We chose Acacia wood and it just compliments our home- all thanks to Southern Floors & Renovations.
