After leaving another paint store with terrible customer service. This place was GREAT. Very helpful. I WILL BE BACK
I don't know if the service is better from the employees on the weekdays than from the employees on the weekends or what, but so far, this has been my worst experience from a Sherwin Williams yet to date. For having such great paint quality but charging high prices, they sure have not maintained the same in customer service. I do not recommend this location. I might try to come back in on a weekday off I need to, but otherwise, I plan to avoid this one and may look for a Kelly Moore or other good quality paint store to see if that's any better.

Ben tried to charge me double the price for ProMar 200 because my account wasn’t with their store. What a ripoff. I’m a contractor building 130,000 feet of space a mile away. There’s plenty of paint stores who want my business. If I owned the store, Ben would be looking for a job. This is my second bad experience with him.
Store associates very helpful and enthusiastic. Worked very fast in spite of the circumstances due to the CCP flu.
