Spoke to Jessica & Brenda , they put me on hold for 30 minutes I kept hanging up and calling back because I had an important question. They did not help me at all & did not answer my question.nnAdvice: You guys should be able to help people inside or outside TX or leave the job since you are of no help easy.nTHEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

It seems totally ridiculous to me that they require a vest to enter the parking lot outside .. I just want to waste time for us customers who have things to do .. and we must waste time with this ridiculousness

9 times out of 10 nobody answers here. They don't return phone calls. They are not helpful. Just unprofessional.
