No lines during weekdays. Car delivered immediately. Really nice people with great customer service skills and knowledgeable. If you want to go in the grounds and see other vehicles that will be auctioned you can for a $50 fee (subject to change) or if you have your auction member badge dont forget it and it's free. You must present it in person to apply the free admission.

My insurance company towed my car there, and before I had even made up my mind on whether to keep the car, they pawed through all my stuff and stole over $600 dollars worth of my property out of my cab and trunk.

The place looks very clean and organized. Including the restroom. It's a warm feeling in this place. Awesome Customer Service.
