We ordered a customized cake on short notice and we went to pick it up and it was ready immediately. The picture they printed on it turned out great and the cake looked amazing! Thanks for helping us on such short notice!!!
Don't try calling them. Ive tried calling them all week. They just won't answer.
Every time I come to the bakery to order a cake there are no employees in sight! This is my THIRD time ordering products this year and the bakery is empty, even though the website states that the bakery is open till 8:00 pm DAILY. This time I was told “oh, yeah, they’re gone.” No attempt to help at all. I said, “well then you should update your website because it says there should be someone here till 8:00 pm.” Only THEN did Tonya say she would try to get help. Y’all, I’ve come different days and different times and I always get the same treatment. Indifference. I’m trying to SPEND MONEY here and no one seems to care!nnOnce someone finally showed up I had to fill out the order form MYSELF! If they would have just had the form available for the customers I would not have just WASTED over 30 minutes my time waiting to try to order my son a birthday cake! It might not sound like a big deal, but when you work 12 hours per day and only get to see your children for about an hour before they have to go to bed, 30 minutes is A LOT!
Taste's good, got nothing to complain about.
