Spectacular customer service, enchanting evening, beautiful horses and beautiful people! We could not have been happier with the service. We will find a reason to use them again. They have made loyal customers out me and my family. Don't go anywhere else....this is the real deal. It is hard to find great customer service any more so don't miss out.
Truly enjoyed our Christmas Carriage Ride in Highland Park. Beautiful. The staff is wonderful. Customer Service is a top priority. The horses are fantastic. We loved it so much, we have decided to make this a yearly family tradition.
We started this family tradition so many years ago I can't keep track of how long it's been. I've been on carriage rides in groups with others but Vintage Carriage is so much better than any of the others. We book as soon as I get the notice from them about the holiday bookings. We have had everything from a smaller carriage to a wagon. All experiences have been great. The best part is how well kept the horses are. You can tell! They are beautiful. The drivers are great and always have new information to share. You can't go wrong with Vintage Carriage!
Vintage carriage has provided a horse drawn hearse for both my grandfather and my grandmothers funeral. Top notch professional service !!
