DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! I dropped of my W2’s to file my taxes with and they didn’t file my taxes or upload the W2’s and then the branch closed. I can’t get my W2’s back and I have called at least 4 other locations trying and they said since they didn’t upload them there is nothing they can do. I have tried getting help from the district manager and he was absolutely no help. I now have to try to get all of my W2’s from my previous employers again. This has proven extremely difficult since a lot of them are closed due to COVID.nnI will NEVER file my taxes here again. This has been the worse customer service experience of my life. I have had serval people tell me they are sorry but there is nothing that they can do. They took my papers, didn’t upload them, and then the branch closed. This is unacceptable.

The staff is abolutely fantastic, couldn't be any more polite & professional. They were perfect.nThe pricing is deceptive. The advertized pricing is solely meant to mislead you. I was given the impression it would cost $130, while it ended up costing $457. I do understand minor differences but the level of deception is just unethical. Everything is charged as extra, so the base price advertised is pretty much to step foot in the office it doesn't really cover actual work.
