Seriously - this is the worst Walgreen’s pharmacy I’ve encountered in Dallas. Beyond being exceptionally slow, the staff is highly incompetent on numerous occasions. Example: a doctor submitted a script that was incorrect and could not be filled. Instead of calling me or the doctor they just sat on the prescription for 3 days. I went to pick it up on a Saturday and they told me they hadn’t had a chance to call the doctor for clarification. Of course there’s nothing they could do on a Saturday.nnOn another visit a prescription was sent in the morning. 8 hours later and it was not yet filled. The pharmacy tech told me they were waiting for me to ask for it to be filled. What’s the point in having it called in if they aren’t going to fill it.nnI can go on and on and on about this location. I’m taking my business somewhere else.
