Five stars doesn’t even begin to cover it. I’ve been visiting Bachendorf’s since I was a 19-year-old college student and couldn’t afford a single watch in the case. Even then, I was always greeted with incredible hospitality, patience and knowledgeable professionalism. The store is very clean, bright and buzzing with good energy. Every employee is seemingly always cheerful and eager to help me find exactly what I need. Most notably, Paolo Ongaro, has proven to be a valuable advisor (and friend) in helping me find everything from a meaningful gift for my wife to a collectible Rolex for myself. If you are looking to build a lifelong relationship with a resourceful and trustworthy jeweler, Bachendorf’s is ready for you. They offer incredible jewelry but an even better buying experience. We are grateful to have this wonderful store right in our backyard.

I’ve been pleased to shop at Bachendorf’s for a couple of years. I’m always well respected and have found working with Paolo Ongaro to be very pleasant. He’s very knowledgeable about all the watch brands he sells, very honest and straightforward. If you’re in the market for a fine timepiece, look no further than Bachendorf’s and ask for Paolo!

If I could give 6 stars, I would. Paolo is knowledgeable, attentive and most importantly, he always has your best interest in mind. My experiences have always been centered around finding the best combination of quality paired with what fits comfortably into my budget. Transactional, uncomfortable upselling doesn’t exist at Bachendorf’s. Shopping with Paolo is a 5 star experience which is why I’ll be a repeat customer for life!

Whenever I need to get gifts or watches for friends, I always use my long time friend, Rick Mendoza who works in the back and doors in Preston Plaza. Our business relationship dates back to the mid-1980s when he used to sell me thousand hours jewelry and gifts at Tiffany. He is the ultimate consummate professional salesman. Give him a try. I give him five stars!!!
