Very nice, fun guy, and very interactive. He takes pride in his work; great communication plus relationship with his client, and distributor. Got an honest and fair appraisal in minutes. I would highly recommend him to others. Appraisal I think is his side job but his main is able to make and find jewelry for you and he seems to put in the effort to find the diamond and ring for you.

Howard Traxler is the bomb! If you have any jewelry needs, this incredible gemologist, has a can do attitude and actually enjoys his job!nVery refreshing in this day and age and provides a one of a kind, personal touch.

My boyfriend and I shopped around for a jeweler as much as we did a ring, and Howard was our top choice. He is the real deal. Howard is honest and answers any and all questions you may have. He is all about customer service! I got my ring back and it was a little too big, I texted him at 10:45pm the night I got engaged and he got back to me that night and we made an appointment to get a resize the next day! When I got to the appointment he greeted me with a hug and a congratulations and told me he didn't want me to have to go a day without my ring and had it resized while I was there!! So. Nice.nnAlso, for those who have expensive taste, let me tell you something. I fell in love with a $12,000 Tiffany's ring and Howard made one very similar in quality and karat at 1/3 the cost. I could not be more happy with my diamond and my ring!
