The team at C M Yater could not be more knowledgeable and helpful with finding the right piece of jewelry for you. My husband and I were new to the process. C M Yater was recommended to us by a coworker. Their staff made the experience joyful and stress free. They answered all our questions (and we had a lot of them), provided feedback when we asked for their professional opinion, and bent over backwards to make our requests happen. They work fast. They provide you an estimated time for turnaround, and truly each time, it was turned around faster than what they had quoted. We never felt pressured to make a decision. We got exactly what we wanted and could not be happier. We are thrilled to have found a local jewelry dealer. We established a relationship with each of the staff members and will be recurring costumers.

Nothing like taking care of customers that drive 2 hours spend 10k and charge 300 for a sizing on a ring you built 2 years ago. Great quality just let your customers know that in the beginning.

My fiance and I wanted someone to design an engagement ring using his grandmother's diamond and I am so glad we went here. Everyone who works here is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful without being pushy about sales or dismissive if you are on a budget. They took the time to make sure we got something we loved that worked well with the stone for a reasonable price. It is a beautiful ring and I plan on going back here for all future jewelry needs.

The staff is always incredibly nice, on top of that their custom work is beautiful and fairly priced. I have also had my jewelry in for repairs and have been nothing but satisfied with the work all the way around.
