Buying a diamond engagement ring is already a wonderful experience, but working with Leslie at the Dallas location of Diamonds Direct made it even more so! Leslie is so knowledgeable; a true expert where diamonds are concerned. She's warm and intuitive, and helped me so much in the selection process.nSo when my husband surprised me with the opportunity for a diamond upgrade a few years later, you better believe I asked for Leslie! This was during the COVID season, and even though she wasn't working on the showroom floor at that time, Leslie came in and met us for our appointment.nI am so delighted with my new ring! She found the perfect diamond, had it shipped to Texas, and made sure it was mounted and ready for a special event we had planned. I never once worried it wouldn't be ready in time or that it wouldn't be perfect! We received credit for the full value of what we paid for my original diamond to put toward my new one. Incredible service from start to finish. Leslie is a wonderful asset to Diamonds Direct and is a truly wonderful human being!
Justin Lehn is amazing. I will never go to anyone else. We went to pick out our wedding bands and Justin went above and beyond to make our experience amazing. His customer service skills are off the charts and he is beyond passionate about his work. He made a special purchase 100 times more special. He treats customers like he’s known them forever and no matter what your budget he will make you feel like a million bucks. He listened to our needs and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Buying wedding bands seemed like it would be an overwhelming process to me, but Justin made it fun and enjoyable. I had an amazing experience purchasing an engagement ring. After going to Robbins Brother I could tell that I was just a sale with them. Justin Lehn made me feel welcome and was awesome showing me the endless options within my budget. He was very easy to work with and helped me pick the perfect ring and diamond. Most importantly the times we do go back to get the ring cleaned or sized the experience continues. I am very impressed with the whole process at Diamond Direct.
Stephen was a great help! He was very knowledgeable and helped me understand so much more than I did coming in! It only took me one day with him and I was set! I am very thankful for the helpful, non stressful, smooth going experience I had, would recommend anyone.
