Worst experience ever I went with my sister to get my birthday offer . When we got there no one greeted us as we walked in the store. We looked around and nobody tried to reach out to us to see if we needed help.More customers came in, this time it was white people. Everyone greeting them and helped them right away. This made me feel very uncomfortable and discriminated. So I grabbed a few items that me and my sister liked and paid for them . They had another offer displayed on their check out counter and of course it was not offered either. I honestly did not know a Hispanic could not shop at this store.it was a long drive and to be disappointed this way. What a waste of time.I will never got back to this store .We have been to other Kendra Scott and have never been treated this way. Next time we will shop at our regular location Plano. Where they will not discriminate us because of our race.

I honestly do not get the point of this store. Took my wife in here to try something new (our go-to is James Avery). First impression was 'oh this is nice'. Everything was displayed nicely, etc. and my wife picked out a necklace and matching earrings.nnHere is where it goes south.nnThe lady helping us went to a drawer behind the counter and came out with cheaply packaged jewelry. I was SHOCKED. This store suddenly turned into an upscale Claire's. This $90 necklace and $60 earrings were on cheap plastic holders (with plastic twist ties) that you would find in Target with a sticker tag almost as big as the holder itself that said MADE IN CHINA. This is basically costume jewelry you can find at Target for a fraction of the price.nnWe bought the necklace and earrings, but never again. $5-$15 jewelry at best.

We drove 30min after checking to make sure they were open, get here and they have posted separate holiday hours on their window.. Change your google maps hours!
