Very good experience with Bee Safe.nWe thought our bees were going to leave in the winter but it seems like they were just sleeping (hibernating).nFran came and removed the bee hive and put the eaves back together perfectly. Happy with their service and price. I recommend their service to others that have a honeybee problem.
I wish I could leave a more positive review, but unfortunately, this was not a good experience at all. After my initial request for a quote, a technician came out and inspected the area where the bees were, and then I heard nothing from the company for a week. There were so many points of contact that the communication chain kept getting lost. I finally had to request the quote. I received the quote and signed the contract, only to be forgotten again! Nobody called to schedule the bee removal. I called back. Finally, the bee removal team came. I wanted them to be able to communicate clearly with me about what they were doing, but neither of them spoke any English. When I called the company back, concerned at another communication problem, I was reassured that this was their best team. Unfortunately, their best team only made my normally docile bees fighting mad and never even found the hive to remove it. There was no follow-up from the company. If you are looking for a company that knows bees and cares about bees and treats you as a worthy customer, I strongly suggest you try elsewhere. I normally do not write negative reviews for anything, but this whole experience was horrible.
This review is going to blow your mind. It blew mine. I can't believe this; I call early on a Sunday morning to leave a message for Monday morning. Harold answered the phone, to my amaze. I explained having bees in my railroad tires retainer wall. He asked, if I have time he can come out this morning. Well I was not anticipating that reply. If all businesses expedite service with the kind of business philosophy as Bee Safe Bee Removal imagine what great succes, profitably and lasting relationships in the community you secure. Just to say, after examing the real problem. They were not bees, but yellow jackets. He explain the process, treated the problems, and I have a warranty. Happy Sunday Morning! Javier answered on the second ring at 6:00pm on a Friday. After my surprise, he took my info and told me a technician would get back to me. Ten minutes later, Harold called to tell me he would be coming from McKinney to our house in Midlothian after dark. Roofers were putting a new roof on our house but couldn't finish because of carpenter bees /hive under the decking to the attic. Harold climbed onto the roof in the dark (protective suit) tools to a 3 softball size hive. Worked for some time, gave us valuable instructions and called us the next morning to follow up. Roofers came at 7 am and finished our roof. Thank You Bee Safe Bee Removal ! Call them First *
